Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love ProBio. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work for orders placed at probionutrition.com.

First purchase guarantee

Trying ProBio for the first time? If you're not satisfied with your first purchase, email support@probionutrition.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right. This guarantee applies to one unit, once per customer.

Returns on all other orders

You can return unopened product within 30 days of delivery. Items must be sealed and in the condition you received them. We can't accept opened product for return. After 30 days, we can't offer a refund or exchange.

Returns apply to purchases made directly at probionutrition.com. For purchases from other retailers, please contact that retailer.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@probionutrition.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. We'll reply with return instructions and the address to send your item to. Please don't send returns without contacting us first, as unannounced returns may not be processed.

  3. Ship the item back. We recommend a trackable service for returns valued over $75, since we can't guarantee we'll receive items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Refunds cover the product price only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You're responsible for return shipping costs. If we send you a prepaid return label, its cost will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@probionutrition.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Subscription orders

Subscription orders follow this same policy for each shipment. To avoid future charges, cancel or skip your subscription before your next billing date. See our Subscription Policy for details.
